Letter from Anna H. Shaw upon the death of Cordelia Greene, dated Jan. 31, 1905 [Letter]

The letter reads:
"Meadville, PA
Jan. 31, 1905

My dear Miss Gordon
Your telegram in regard to the death of dear Dr. Greene was forwarded to me and I hasten to send you a word, which however very poorly expresses my deep sense of loss and sorrow.

Dr. Greene was one of the saints of God whose going from earth will not make her a saint for she was one here. 

I trust we may hear more fully of the cause of her sudden going from us.

Dear Miss Gordon you all have my sincere sympathy. Please express my deep sense of loss and sympathy to Dr. Greene's friends.
